Carving Pumpkins

We had our annual Pumpkin Carving night at my brother's place. So much fun for the kids, even though my boys don't do much of the carving. Gavin actually helped out with the gutting part this year, which is a big step for him. We had a great time, everyone did a pumpkin, some more detailed then others. I just don't have the patience to sit and do a detailed one, but Travis, Ginger and Austin usually always do up some great ones each year. Austin did an Angry Birds one, Ginger did an awesome Kitty Cat one.

Garrett pulling some guts!!!

Gavin getting in there too!! In years past he's really not enjoyed the smell of the pumpkin guts, but tonight he did great.

Mommy helping finish out the pumpkin gutting.

I got this really cool white pumpkin from some great friends who live close to us. We got our carving pumpkins stolen and smashed the other day. So our friends said we could come pick some up from their house, so sweet of them. I just decided to make it simple, K, for Keeney.

Uncle Travis really focused on the job!!
Ginger's Kitty Cat.

We made Caramel Apples too, the boys helped un-wrap all the caramels. Austin helped a bunch and enjoyed dipping the apples!!

Austin's Angry Bird (if you don't know what that is it's ok). It's a strange computer game for kids......that some how most adults love too.

All our pumpkins in a row, all so different just like we are!!

The boys and their pumpkins.

Gavin's wearing his spider shirt we made at our Halloween party this week. Loves it.

Silly Gavin always thinking!!
