Garrett, so Cute

Some fun pictures of my baby, not much of a baby anymore, he's almost as tall as Gavin now. He is defiantly opposite of Gavin in every way. The boys were out playing with the new power wheels, and all of a sudden it started to rain and hail. Gavin runs to the garage and Garrett decides to dance in the rain, didn't mind at all. He's also very messy, loves to put both hands in his yogurt, and last night it ended up in his hair, bath time!! He is such a special little guy, really adds a lot to our little family. We love you bud.

Bunko Night/No pictures included

I hosted a fun Bunko night at our house this past Friday. A bunch of Mom's came over from my group and had a blast eating, chatting and playing Bunko. I won for most win's, which was nice, took home $20! I was having so much fun, I forgot to take pictures. We had more then enough people to play......#13, which we only need #12, so Gavin stepped in and played our ghost. He did really great and had a blast chatting it up with all the ladies. Thank goodness Garrett slept right through all the noise, and boy can the ladies get noisy while playing Bunko! Great Fun! Thanks to everyone who came.

The New Powerwheels

So we planned on getting the boys some powerwheels with our tax return this year, and it's just now nice enough outside for them to play with it. We picked up this Arctic Cat at Toys R'Us, that had been returned because it was too small, so I got $25.00 off, nice!! The boys were riding it for two days straight, until the rainy weather came back. It will be interesting how much they might fight over it, but for now Garrett seems pretty content with Gavin driving. Until Gavin decides to push Garrett out while driving, that may be a problem......Joe compared it to the game Grand Theft Auto......not good!!

My Birthday

So my Birthday was great, the boys really made it special for me. When I woke up, from getting to sleep in, the boys were waiting with my present. Joe got me some fun exercise stuff that I asked for, some stretch bands to work on resistance training. Then Joe took me out to a nice lunch at Olive Garden and then we saw the movie "Duplicity". Joe slept through most of it, just not his kind of movie, but I liked it. Thanks so much to everyone who called with Birthday wishes, and a special thanks to Ginger who watched the boys while we went out.

The Egg Hunt

Easter Sunday we spent the afternoon and evening at my brother's place, Travis & Ginger. The boys had fun hunting for eggs inside, and got a lot of great candy. We had a nice Ham dinner and enjoyed a fun movie "Bedtime Stories". Thanks so much for a great Easter, Trav & Ging!! :)

Easter Baskets

Easter morning the boys got some fun things in their baskets. Gavin got "Bolt" the movie, and some new Batman sunglasses. Garrett got some playdough to share with Gavin and some new Spiderman sunglasses. We had a fun morning, Mommy cooked a nice breakfast and we watched Bolt.........twice! :) Joe decided to get Gavin a bigger Bumblebee transformer to add to his basket. Joe is really enjoying the boys getting into Transformers so much.

Pizza at Our House

We had some of our family over for a pre-Easter dinner of pizza and salads. All the grand kids got some fun gifts and candy from Grandma and my sisters Tonya & Ginger, thanks ladies. Of course I always end up eating the most candy and feel guilty. With Uncle Walter gone, Uncle Travis has to fill in with all the wrestling of the grand kids. We miss you Walt! It was a lot of fun getting together and just catching up on every ones lives. Thanks for the great time!! :)

Outdoor Fun w/Grandma&Grandpa

Grandma and Grandpa Keeney came over to visit Tuesday afternoon, the kids were so excited to see them. We all played outside for a while, letting the boys show off all the tricycle and bike riding that they can do. Garrett has grow up so much this winter, now he's big enough to do some many new things. Gavin is getting pretty fearless with his outdoor play, which was not always the case last year. We had a nice visit and took a lot of fun pictures. Thanks for coming to see us Grandma & Grandpa!!

Easter Egg Decorating

On Monday we went to a friends house for a Mommy&Me playdate to decorate Easter eggs. Gavin and I took a day together, while Joe stayed home with Garrett. It was so much fun, Gavin did two eggs one in Blue and the other in Yellow. All the kids had a blast outside in the wonderful sun and then we shared some yummy lunch. What a great day! Thanks Thi!! :)

Trip to the Park

Trip to the Park

We took a fun trip to Manito Park on Saturday with my Brother and Sis-In-Law and their son Austin. The boys had such a great time, so nice to get outside and run around. They played and we all walk through the park, looked at the greenhouse full of beautiful plants and flowers. My Sis-In-Law Ginger took some fun pictures of the boys. Hopefully Spring is finally here to stay.
