Skyfest Airshow 2010

We took the boys to the Skyfest Airshow this year at Fairchild Air force Base. It was about 90degrees, so we didn't stay too long. The Greene's joined us......or we joined them. I think they have gone every year that it's been on. Garrett was pretty hot and tired and didn't enjoy much of the time that we spent there. But Gavin really had fun and I think could have stayed longer. Next year will be better, another year older for Garrett. Quick story to add, as we were looking at a booth of kids toys, a lady was calling out to her boys and she was saying Gavin, Garrett. And I looked at her like no way, so I said to her "you have a Gavin and Garrett too". She was pretty surprised, she never meet any one else with the exact same names and the same spelling. Her boys are also two years apart, her oldest is Garrett and her youngest is Gavin. Small world. Thanks for a great time Greene's!! Waiting at the front entrance to be searched!! :)

Gavin driving the fire engine truck!!

The model tanks and planes. When I took these pictures the older gentlemen manning the booth asks "what are you going to do with those". I politely say, "I'm going to put them on my blog". He just kind of looked at me like, what's that? Funny.

Gavin all ready to head into the obstacle course. He was pretty excited to do this. Gavin really had fun and I wish we could have stayed longer. Garrett said he wanted to go home about 2minutes in..........so it was a long two hours that we did stay.

Garrett one of the times he wasn't crying.

The climbing wall. Gavin loved this whole thing.

Wow, Gavin that's really high.

He went through twice.

This was the free fall trick......if you look close there is a small plane right above the smoke. I guess she is almost 60years old and flies planes.

Garrett and Daddy, just taking a break.

Austin, Travis and Gavin taking in the show.

The Wells Fargo Carriage. Garrett actually liked this part.
