Annual Azteca Lunch

Every year we all get together for a Birthday lunch at Azteca. My sister Tonya and my Dad share their birthday's on Feb 13th!! We all had a really great time, and always so nice to see everyone. My niece Tasha and her boyfriend Mark!!

Preschool Valentine's Party

I had the opportunity to help out in Gavin's preschool class for his Valentine's Party. I made some yummy red velvet cupcakes for all the kids. It was a lot of fun to see Gavin interact with his classmate friends and he was pretty excited to show mommy his school. It was only 2 and a half hours long but by the time class was done I was really wiped out. I don't know how those teachers do it everyday, kudos to them. Teacher Barbara and Teacher Grace do such a wonderful job. They had all the kids Valentine envelopes ready to go when they walked in, each child got to put all the Valentine's in each envelope.

Time to do the Share Bag that Gavin took home last preschool day and brought back full of items to share. He brought a picture of his family and some fun Transformer wakie takies.

Computer Kids!!!!!

So my husband is definitely turning both our boys into computer nerds!! Joe decided to upgrade his computer this year with our tax return money. When all the new parts arrived Daddy and Gavin were ready to build. So much fun for Gavin to use the tools and un-screw all the screws for Dad.

Garrett all of a sudden loves to play the Pooh Bear and Mickey Mouse games on the computer.

Such great smiles from our Garrett!! He knows how to put the game in, open the game, play and then close out of the game all by himself. Wow!!

Can you believe this kid is only 4years old and is already building computers.....scary how much he will know by the time he's 10?

Valentine's Party

My mommy & me group puts on a Valentine's Party every year and it's always a lot of fun. We get to do fun crafts with the boys and decorate cookies. All the families bring a potluck dish to share, so we had a really yummy lunch. They did some fun raffles prizes this year. They had multiple baskets to try and win, one of them was a Discovery Toys basket full of fun boy stuff. Gavin ended up winning that basket and has been doing the Superheros puzzle over and over for days now. Mommy, Gavin and Bunker Bear.......what a great weekend to have bunker bear with us! (He's from Gavin's preschool).

Got my Hair Done. Yeah!!!!!!!

It was so nice to get out of the house the other day for a few hours to get my hair done. Usually around tax time I treat my self to a color job. This time I went a shade darker and put some fun blonde highlights in. I asked my hair dresser "when was the last time I was in"........and she laughs at me and says "last February". Wow a whole year, I really needed it.......(and just between you and me the grays were starting to take over, Thanks Mom!) Thanks to my wonderful hubby for watching our sick kids so I could go get this done!
