Liberty Lake boat Trip

We headed to Liberty Lake this last weekend for some boating and fishing. The boys had fun fishing, Garrett caught a fish with his spiderman pole, seems to be a good luck pole. Austin caught one too, as well as Travis. We were getting pretty hot on the lake, and I didn't bring any swim suits for me or the boys because I thought the water would be way too cold. Well the water was pretty nice, so most of us ended up just jumping in with our clothes on. Was a pretty good idea at the time.....then the clouds rolled in and the thunder started. We high tailed it out of there, but not soon enough, we got rained on pretty good. There were some crazy drivers out that day too, boat drivers that is, we just about ran over one guy in a small fishing boat he got right behind us, stupid guy!! Had a blast though, next year I'm getting my own fishing license so I can catch my own fish!! :)

Oooohhh the life of a boat man.

Garrett tried to get in for a bit, didn't really like the cold water, but gave it a good try.

I think this was a fish Joe caught, but I don't remember??

Here's Gavin all bundled up, the rain is coming!!

Nathan & Leta's Visit (Two days worth)

My brother Nathan and family were in town this weekend for a visit. It was also Nathan's Birthday on the 10th, we celebrated all weekend. Friday night they came over to our place for dinner, hamburgers and hot dogs. Then Saturday we headed over to the Rigby's place for a big BBQ.......sorry about all the hot dogs and hamburgers Nathan. The croquet set got used a lot this weekend, everyone had a blast playing (boys got a little competitive, of course). We also had a few animals keeping us company, Tyler was nursing back to health a baby Buffalo. He's name is Billy and he's only 7 or 8 days old in these pictures. Todd saved him from being stomped on right after he was born. Tyler's doing a great job feeding him and taking care of him.
