Family day of Bowling & Ihop

We have been thinking about taking the boys bowling for awhile and Winter is a great time! We headed over to Players & Spectators on Sunday afternoon for a game of bowling fun. We started out with some drinks and fries and then got a couple lanes for all of us. Ginger and Austin came too, Travis had to work, sorry Trav. We had a blast, the boys (Gavin & Garrett) got mostly gutter balls but it's been a long time since we went bowling. I didn't do all that great, but it's the togetherness that counts. Ginger beat us all pretty good, great job G! What a great smile on my Garrett.

New Xbox Kinect

Joe's been wanting to try out the new Kinect for the Xbox for some time now so we got one. It's pretty cool, a little different from the Wii in the way that you don't have a game controller. With the Kinect you (your body) is the controller, it's pretty high tech and really cool to play. And it's very physical, lots of jumping and moving around, great workout. We only have one game so far "Adventures" you can ride on a river raft boat or steer through an obstacle course. And of course we had to have the Greene's over to try it out. Thanks guys, lots of fun. Hope Travis wasn't too sore.....old man! Hee hee :) Travis and Austin giving it a try.

Family Dance Night

We had so much fun at my nephew's school Family Dance Night. It was Hawaiian theme and all the kids got fun leis to wear to dance in. They had popcorn and drinks, and fun games for all the kids to do. They had a DJ for the night and the boys had a blast running around and dancing. Great time to get some of this winter energy out. Thanks for the invite guys!
