Easter at the Keeney's

We had Easter at the Keeney's this year. A very low key Easter, with Pizza and an egg hunt. My brother Travis and wife Ginger and Austin came over, as well as my parents. We enjoyed some yummy pizza and then did a big egg hunt outside for all our boys. Ginger and I did up about 30eggs a piece filled with candy, so the boys had plenty to hunt for. Thanks to everyone who came over, we all had a lot of fun. This was Daddy and Garrett about half hour before everyone arrived. A little cat nap never hurts.

Austin and Gavin putting together his new spiderman puzzle, which is kind of hard. It's two puzzles in one.....3D!

A little goody bag from Austin and Aunt Ginger, thanks guys.

Pizza time with Grandma & Grandpa!!

Garrett is finally up from his nap and ready to open his goody bag from Austin!!

"Bumblebee", which is every yellow car.

Gavin showing Uncle Travis his car right to the video camera. That will be a fun video to watch back.

And Grandma brought a fun basket full of toys and stuff for all the grandkids to pick from. Thanks Grandma!! (Gavin and Garrett have been sleeping with their bunnies every night since.)
Cars!!!

Ginger and I hiding the eggs for the big hunt.

Trying to find good spots to hide the eggs, and keeping some easy for our little Garrett.

And their off!!!!!

I don't know why they always have to go for the same egg at the same time!

Getting a little dirty in the bushes, but they have to get them all.

I see a pink one!

Crazy boys, really getting into it now.

A good picture of most of us. Even Bob, our outside cat, got in on it.

And it's over, show us your eggs boys.

The loot, so much candy so little time.

My handsome boys, Garrett just got another big boy hair cut and looks so grown up. I cut Joe's hair and he cuts the boys hair, works out good and saves us money.

Uncle Travis getting in some wrestling time with all three boys. Poor guy, they are going to break him......you know he's no young chicken anymore.

And what's not the best end to any holiday, dress up superhero time!!

Isn't he the cutest Superman/Batman superhero you have ever seen. :)

Easter Baskets

Easter Basket time, early morning around 6:30 the boys were ready to open their baskets. We did a fun Superman one for Garrett. Gavin's basket was full of all the superheros.....of course.

Mommies got to take a picture before you tear into them.

Transformers, Starscream jet plane, Gavin was very excited to finally get this one.

Garrett went straight for the spiderman eggs and candy.

"Look mom Legos, bet you didn't know the Easter Bunny was going to get me those."

Now both understand that there is candy inside those eggs.

Spiderman cup for Garrett!

Happy Easter Boys!!! Love ya

Danielle & Houston's Visit

My niece Danielle and her boyfriend Houston came to stay at the Keeney household for a few days. Danielle is exactly three months pregnant and looking very cute. She needed to come to Spokane to do a little maternity clothes shopping.
Look at the little bump!! She is due Oct 14th and should find out what she is having around the end of May.

The cute couple! Houston is just a big kid, he played with the boys for most of the time they were here.
We all got together Thursday night and did a dessert night. Danielle helped me frost and decorate the cake. Which Houston eventually ate most of......that boy can eat.

We thought we would do a cute Baby cake........fun!!

And this is what the boys were doing while us girls were slaving over the cake. A little Wii time with all the boys.
Right before they left town I got some fun pictures of them and the boys. Great visit guys, we'll see ya soon.

Easter Egg Hunt

We had Austin for the day because Ginger was at an all day training for her work. I decided to take all the boys to a fun Easter Egg hunt put on by my Mommy&Me group. It was pretty chilly but the boys had lots of fun anyways. Heading out in the car, poor Austin is getting too big to squish in between the boys car seats.
Just some monkeying around before the egg hunt starts.

Gavin trying to keep warm with his hat up and his hands in his pockets.

Austin, the big kid in the group, climbing to the top.

Jordan, Austin and Gavin.......what a great picture. Jordan is closer to Austin's age, and they hang out whenever I bring Austin to one of our playdates.

Getting their baskets ready to fill with eggs.

Garrett has the idea.......better then last year.

And it's over, just a few minutes and all the eggs were gone.

Garrett showing me his loot.

A last fun picture of all the boys, getting ready to leave. Just too cold out to stay and play.

Once we got home they had even more fun opening all them and trading for stuff they liked.
